Brad Gordon

Vice President of Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Bradley Gordon serves as Vice President of Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Patriot. He was promoted to this position in 2019 after serving as Assistant Vice President of Legal, and prior to that as Legal Counsel.

Mr. Gordon is the chief legal adviser to the company and provides oversight of the companies Legal, Real Estate, Human Resources and Risk Departments. Mr. Gordon is responsible for all corporate governance matters, Board of Director matters and the company’s insurance portfolio.

Prior to joining Patriot, Mr. Gordon worked as an attorney and project manager in the energy sector providing support for the negotiation, acquisition, management and analysis of mineral leases as well as Division Orders, Title Opinions and Acquisition Documentation.

Mr. Gordon received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education from Oklahoma State University. He is member of the American Railway Development Association and the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association General Counsel Committee as well as serves on a non-profit board which supports the local fire department.
