Mr. Rado, who joined Patriot in 2020, currently serves as VP of Accounting and Treasurer. In this role, he is responsible for the Company’s accounting and treasury function, including leading the mergers and acquisition work for these departments.
Prior to joining Patriot Rail, Mr. Rado served as Corporate SOX Compliance Manager at Advanced Disposal Services from 2018-2020. During this time, he helped oversee the Company’s SOX Section 404 policies and compliance. Prior to joining Advanced Disposal, he spent four years in public accounting at EY.
Mr. Rado received a Master of Accountancy from Stetson University and Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and business administration from Flagler College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
