Premier Car Host, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway (BRSE)
When it comes to providing outstanding service on board Blue Ridge Scenic Railway’s (BRSE) Premier Car, look no further than Eleanor Long. Ms. Long has been part of the BRSE team for nearly 15 years. As the Premier Car Host, she strives to ensure a terrific experience for her 41 guests. During the holiday season, you can find her on the train entertaining children as Mrs. Claus.

When Ms. Long is not working on the train, she volunteers at her local thrift store. She is the proud mom of three sons and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
