															The Patriot Rail Public Projects Manual contains guidelines regarding many of the types of projects which fall under Public Projects. These guidelines may be modified at any time and for any reason. Review of this manual is required before submission of a Project Initiation Form.
															This form is required for any new project to lay out both the people responsible for the design of the project as well as the project owner. The Project Initiation Form should be submitted with a concept plan as well as a location map. Please contact[email protected] and [email protected] should you have any questions.
