The information contained on this page pertains only to Public Projects and does not include Utility, Signboards, or Fiber and Cell Towers. Public Projects include installation or modification of at grade or grade separated crossing as well as projects which may affect the railroad property or operations. Please refer to the Public Projects Manual for a better understanding of process from project implementation to completion.
Public Projects Manual
The Patriot Rail Public Projects Manual contains guidelines regarding many of the types of projects which fall under Public Projects. These guidelines may be modified at any time and for any reason. Review of this manual is required before submission of a Project Initiation Form.
Project Initiation Form (PR-01)
This form is required for any new project to lay out both the people responsible for the design of the project as well as the project owner. The Project Initiation Form should be submitted with a concept plan as well as a location map. Please contact[email protected] and [email protected] should you have any questions.
Insurance Information
